Terms of Service

By inviting PrynBot or PrynBot Premium to your Discord server, accessing our web dashboard, or using any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not invite or use PrynBot in your server.

These terms apply to all server owners, administrators, moderators, and end users who interact with the bot commands, dashboard, or automated features.

PrynBot provides an automated multipurpose management system for Discord communities, including welcome greetings, moderation tools, AutoMod security, leveling progression, support ticket workflows, and temporary dynamic voice channels.

While we strive to ensure 99.9% uptime and zero latency, services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We may update, patch, or modify features periodically to improve stability and security.

Server owners and administrators are responsible for managing the permissions granted to PrynBot. The bot requires certain Discord permissions (such as Manage Roles, Kick/Ban Members, Manage Channels, and View Audit Logs) to execute requested actions.

PrynBot is not responsible for misconfigurations made by server staff, including improperly configured AutoMod rules, accidental bans, or role hierarchy errors.

You agree to use PrynBot in full compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You may not use PrynBot to facilitate hate speech, illegal activities, mass unsolicited DM spamming, or server raiding.

Any attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, DDoS, or abuse our API endpoints or bot infrastructure will result in an immediate blacklist of your user and server across all PrynBot instances.

PrynBot Premium subscriptions provide additional enhancements such as dedicated bot hosting (@PrynBot Premium), 24/7 high-quality voice connections, Components V2 visual layouts, and priority execution.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or one-time basis according to your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to renewal via the dashboard or official Discord support server.

In no event shall the PrynBot development team, creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, Discord API outages, data loss, or server administrative decisions.
