Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with PrynBot Premium. If you encounter any technical issues or find that PrynBot Premium does not meet your community's needs, you are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

A refund will be promptly issued under the following circumstances:

1. Technical Failure: PrynBot Premium experienced persistent, unresolvable downtime or feature errors on your server during the first 7 days.

2. Duplicate Billing: You were charged more than once for the same server subscription due to a payment gateway glitch.

3. Unintended Purchase: You purchased a plan by mistake and submitted a support ticket prior to using the premium features extensively.

Refund requests may be denied if:

1. The refund request is submitted after the 7-day initial purchase window.

2. Your Discord server or account was banned/terminated by Discord for violating Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

3. Evidence of bad-faith abuse, fraud, or chargeback disputes initiated without contacting support first.

To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

1. Join our official Discord Support Server at discord.gg/HMjyVfyRFE.

2. Open a Support Ticket in the #billing channel.

3. Provide your Discord User ID, Server Guild ID, and Transaction/Invoice ID.

Our support staff will review and process your request within 24–48 hours.

You can cancel your recurring PrynBot Premium subscription at any time via the Web Dashboard or via Discord Support. When you cancel, your premium benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
