1.Information We Collect
PrynBot only collects and processes data necessary to deliver its bot management and dashboard services. This includes Discord User IDs, Username tags, Avatar URLs, Guild/Server IDs, Channel IDs, and Role IDs.
When features are enabled by server administrators, we store configuration settings (such as welcome messages, AutoMod trigger thresholds, ticket panel settings, leveling XP points, and moderation strike cases).
We do NOT collect, inspect, or store private message contents outside of automated real-time AutoMod inspection (which occurs in-memory and is never persisted to disk unless flagged as a moderation log).
2.How We Use Your Information
The collected information is utilized strictly to provide bot functionality, including sending welcome cards, enforcing server moderation rules, tracking voice and text XP, managing support ticket channels, and generating web transcripts.
We never sell, monetize, or distribute your personal information or server data to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
3.Data Storage & Security
All persistent data is housed in secured PostgreSQL database instances with TLS/SSL encryption in transit and rest. Access to backend databases is strictly restricted to authorized system services with role-based access controls.
4.Data Retention & Total Deletion Requests
Server configuration data is retained as long as PrynBot remains in your server. If PrynBot is removed from your Discord server, you can request an immediate purge of all guild data.
Individual users can request the deletion of their XP records, moderation histories, or ticket logs by contacting our support team in our official Discord server or executing reset commands.
5.Third-Party Services
PrynBot integrates with Discord's official API to deliver messages and interactions. Usage is governed by Discord's Developer Terms and Privacy Policy.
Web dashboard requests are routed securely through Cloudflare for DDoS protection and SSL termination.
